St. Vincent 3' x 5' Foot Flag

St. Vincent and the Grenadines adopted this flag in 1985 after gaining independence from Britain. The 3 green diamonds form a “V” which stands for Vincent and gives the flag its nickname, “the gems.” Additionally, blue symbolizes the sea and sky, yellow represents sand, sunshine, and the warmth of the Caribbean people, and green represents the land’s vegetation and the people’s vigor.
